During our webinar, Vibin Chandrabose, our Director of Research and Projects, shared findings from our inaugural study on piloting ammonia bunkering in Singapore, launched last year.
This study was released in April 2023, by the GCMD, and its appointed consultant, DNV Maritime Advisory, supported by Surbana Jurong and the Singapore Maritime Academy at the Singapore Polytechnic.

- Identified suitable sites for piloting ammonia bunkering,

Discussed findings using Coarse Quantitative Risk Analysis (CQRA) to quantify the risks related to ammonia bunkering operations, and - Estimated the total expenditure required for additional infrastructure build-out to operationalise ammonia bunkering at two land-based sites
